fells good and no probrem

The bus for which I bought tickets never arrived. Man working at pick-up point didn't seem to be interested in helping. He just made a call, talked with someone in Khmer and told us to wait. Bookmebus phone number was off and we had to wait for 4 hours.

We were waiting for 30min et it was very hard to get information about the late. Nobody at the office, on the phone the person was not polite at all...

The driver was really gut and the bus too

We left 35 minutes late. No bottle of water in the bus as it was written on the website...

Was told there would be WIFI and there wasn't. The bus was almost an hour late. There were frequent stops that literally involved people getting off to buy seafood. We also arrived 3 hours late, but that wasn't the drivers fault, just traffic.

The schedule said 10am. Driver arrived at 10:30am. Google map of pick up location was wrong. More expensive than other bus.

I was told from your customer support that I could change my bus tickets, but then they decided one hour later that I could not. The customer support said they would call me back and never did. They offered to give me one ticket back but did not.

We left a little late, 10 mins, but that was fine. Unfortunately the driver didn’t drop me off at the indicated drop off point in Kampot, which costed me extra for a tuktuk. I asked driver to drop me off at the drop off point but I was ignored.
