Bus took over 6 hours instead of the 4 mentioned when booking, late leaving and then had to change buses.

Never again. Bus cancelled few hours before, and no possibility to have a solution with same time departure and same seats. We had to find a taxi in emergency. Cost us way more than scheduled!

Also, they tried to move my seat and I had to argue with the conductor that I bought my seat number specifically before he would let up. Rude rude rude and so unprofessional.

Phone operator was rude and got angry at me because I couldn't find where the van was at the pick up point.(it wasn't there are the designated time) She scolded me and told me that they were on holiday. Sorry for being your customer!

Waited at the pick up location 30min early, but no one came to pick us even after 45min later. They had sent a tuk tuk driver to come pick us up to another pick up location. Punctuality quite bad, but at least they're still responsible towards customers

I would not recommend this company. Very rude staff, no explanation on the change of vehicle(Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville) and ordered us to get off abruptly. We asked for the refund, but they said nothing and kept saying to get off. literally terrible!
