Arrived early, staff asked to take an earlier departing car, we said no. Then went to take "15-seat vip van", but saw "25-seat mini bus", asked "why". They said "Why do you complain, everybody is happy, can't let you go, get off" Terrible service ever

Minivan: uncomfortable.Driver: very rude, dangerous driving, refused to have more than 1 stop on the way(4-5 hour journey)even though I asked him specifically as I am 5-month pregnant.Obvious and utter disregard for women.Choose Mekong express, is better!

Bus arrived 45 mins late, with no explanation. We were picked up from the boarding point by a tuk tuk and taken to a random spot to be picked up by the bus as it made its way through Kampot from Sihanoukville. Once on the bus, journey was ok.

This is not a lux van. It's an old van that is tight when sitting together and the worst part the AC wasn't working. Needless to say, a 4 hr ride was painful and smelly. Terrible and won't be taking this ride again.

The bus left almost on time. It was comfortable and got us there in a decent time.

Change of pick up plan was notified by email and unfortunately missed by us. We waited for pickup for 1.5 hours. Driver also drove dangerously because of the delayed time.
