Bus late but driver friendly and trip okay, arriving only 30 min late in Phnom Penh

Friendly, on-time, comfortable service.

No airconditioning, the driver never checked our ticket and when some people got off, we asked 'is this Sihanouville?. 'Yes' he said without explaining there is an other stop. Tuk tuk drivers make good money because of this. No help from CTT. Never again!

This was a horrible service- never use. The bus was late but no one called me, and no one picked up when I tried calling. Finally after booking a different bus so that I could get back to PP, they called said it was 2 hrs. late and yelled at me. dont use!

The bus was an hour late, the air conditioning didn't work, the seats I had booked were occupied and the driver refused to sort this out-very poor

Really bad. Departure got late almost 2 hours, no updates were announced, and no apologies until we complained. Screwed up our schedule.

My bus was cancelled because I was the only customer. Eventually organised other transport for me but tried to blame me for arriving 15mins before departure. Was put in a shared taxi which was fine in the end but I had to move twice and it wasn't safe.
