There was a software glitch on the program so two people were booked for the same seat. Luckily, there was an empty seat available but that could have been a huge problem if the vehicle was full. Driver would not let us turn the AC up. He said it's loud.

Bus driver was helpful and organised a tuk tuk for a great price to take us to the airport from a closer location than the bus terminal.

Hour and a half late, no communication Aggressive driving making people sick Driver stopped to wash the van delaying us further and also stopped again to get only himself and his friends food . Avoid this company if possible

Don’t use BookMeBus to book bus Ticket......I paid for them already but I didn’t get my online ticket . So unfortunately I had to pay again . Bad experience
