Regardless of the one hour delay - instead of leaving HCM at 1pm we left at 2 pm - I have to say that I was shocked how unfriendly the woman who did all the organizational stuff was. I was the only foreign person and she treated me like I was the worst.

On time. Empty. Comfortable. Air con adjustable. Border control quick.

2h late, with 1h waiting at the border despite paying 5$/p to the inspector to have our passports considered "quickly".... No a/c nor wifi during half of the trip.

Overall the trip quite good, friendly and punctual

I have lost my bag. I call staff to ask if they see or not, but no one pick up my phone, and it's hard to contact their phone number. I try to call them 3 hours in row. What should I do, now, to know where my bag is? 😤😤

Transport was on time and reliable, we had water, wat tissues and even cookies !

Wifi very poor and only in Cambodia, the stewardess was not nice, take giant ibis instead is way better
