Starting from the pick up from hotel, nothing went right. We started late. Then we went to their office at Orussey market and were further delayed. They quoted the journey time to be 4 hours but it took us 6 hours. Driving so rough that we felt unsafe.

Great trip. Friendly and English speaking conductor. Smooth border crossing, the conductor arranged the visa ($5 charge as expected) and filled out the arrivals forms for us. Crackers and water. The wifi wasn't working, however.

Great trip. Friendly and English speaking conductor. Smooth border crossing, the conductor arranged the visa at no extra charge and filled out the arrivals forms for us. Crackers and water. The wifi wasn't working, however.

The communication wasn't great. An employee demanded we'd give her our passports and 35 m USD for the Cambodian visa, which is only supposed to be 30 USD, and once we got to the border no one really knew what was going on. Other than that the bus was ok.

Thai was a very accomodating PR.
