Amazing service will definitely book with this company again!!

The service was very good. The driver was mostly very safe, except for tailgating and talking on his cell phone while driving. Mekong Express is a good company.

Seats were not comfortable sitting 5 hours. The windows of the bus shaking was too noisy.

Absolutely excelent, very easy on the border, nice drive, super comfortable, no extra charges, free wifi (it stopped working but we didn't care so we didn't ask to reset it), free water. I would definitely use it again
