The team helped a lot with visa and at the boarder.
We had a great experience except for a little delay for the pick up driver option to arrive. We left at probably 9am and arrived at 6pm in BKK.
Very good service. Comfortable conditions. At the border had to pay 100 baht on top of the visa which was annoying. Also told that we have free transport to hostel after arrival however, driver named Coco insisted we had to pay him (tried to scam us).
Happy with service, arrived 2h early thanks to smooth drive and almost 1h at border
WORST TRAVEL EVER WITH NATTAKAN BUS COMPANY.
I think bookmebus.com is the best option among other hassle situation, especially as a tourist, I have no idea what would happen without bookmebus. It is very helpful and pleasant journey that I have had with the Nattakan bus that I bought online.
The reason I gave 4 out of 5 was because the seat I booked was given to someone else. It seems like you have to go to the station and replace your printed ticket with one from the station. Rest of the trip went smoothly.
Overall an okay experience. The bathroom started to smell and was very strong. The bus left a little late but we got to our destination.
