We had a good ride, was punctual and well organized.
In general a good trip. Only we left the bus station 30min late. This could be improved.
Our seats that was chosend online was not honored when we arrived at the ticketing. We chose our seat number but they gave us a different seat number.

A+ service. No bus transfer needed after passing border control which makes the process easier. There’s a guide on board the bus who takes you through everything step by step. Lunch and snacks are provided. Great service, highly recommended.
They all were pretty kind and helpful. They didn't force us to pay for visa. Just told it us as an option.
