Good service, comfortable bus. Bit too long a wait in Pet Poi border crossing while they tried to fill the bus but hey, that's SE Asia, lol!!

Bus was overbooked so I was given a stool to sit on for the entire journey. Very uncomfortable. No compensation given. On arrival to Siem Reap, we were told tuk tuk rides were free to our hotel. They're only free if you purchase a tour with the driver.

waited a little too long to get email with printable ticket. other than that bus departed early because everyone was on board and the trip was fine.

Terrible experience! I booked a ticket from Bangkok to Siem Reap 2days ahead of the trip, but when I get to the terminal 15mins before the trip, they said that the 9am bus that I booked is already full, so they put me to another bus, at the back near CR.

One major issue is when we arrived at the border of cambodia and thailand. The conductor just shouted "passport!". We have no idea what he was talking abt he didnt instruct us properly so we almost got lost. Next time make sure to inform the passengers.

This was a scam bus. We stopped close to the border for more than half hour and a guy who came on the bus was offering a VIP visa for Cambodia. He asked for 1500 baht and we waited for 1 hour. We said no and did it for ourselves.
