The trip was okay, has free breakfast/snack and lunch as well. :) Only that, the driver easily gets annoyed most specially for us that he cannot understand communicating with him in english.

Highly recommend this bus service! The man who saw us onto the bus looked after us and was very friendly, always smiling. Also lunch and snacks provided! Which was just an added bonus. Very well planned out with timings etc. Couldn’t fault this service!

Driver was driving safely. Inside the bus it was clean and comfortable. And to my suprise when we arrived to Siem Reap, we were provided with free Tuk-tuks to take us to our hotels.

Well scheduled and on time. Efficient and safe Internet booking. Bus is a bit old and vegetarian option should be added for lunch. Overall very recommended

Everything is OK. Only Con is the Terminal. It says Mochit 2 but it is in Mochit Terminal right infront of it. Please change it. Thanks!

It is written in the bus station in Bangkok free tuktuk service to our hotel in SR. Our driver dropped us at our hotel, and asked for money because we did not book a tour in Angkor with him. Awkward situation, he asked for 100 THB we only had 40 THB left.

AIRCON WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SMALL LEG ROOM, DRIVERS DID NOT UNDERSTAND AND SPEAK ENGLISH. Picture of the bus shown in bookmebus was not the same bus we were able to take. Only good thing was that they provided food for lunch. Overall bad experience.

The bus was old with no confortable seats. They made many stops along the way making it a really long trip.The A/C was not good. And the bus broke down and we stop for around 40 minutes until they fix it. Overall a really bad service, no water provided.
