bus ride was comfortable although im not sure if they made any toilet stops through the night because i was sleeping all the way.

So comfortable seats, safe ride even it was evening, we had the 17:45 departure PP - SHV , good Air-condition, complimentary snacks

I didn’t use accommodation etc...but because of the great customer service over email I gave you full starts. Quick response and solved my issue very quickly

The trip was pleasant, just the checking in was hectic as we had to queue with hundreds of other people who had not yet purchased tickets. But over all pleasant experience. By a was comfy & lots of space. Driver dropped where we wanted to get off. Great

The bus was very old. a few airconditional's hole was broken. Add many seat was wetted by airconditonal's water. and very cold. They didn't control it.

There was a lack of communication between the driver and passengers. Didn't know what was happening during rest breaks. That was probably down to language difficulties for me.

The tired and old bus broke down and we were left waiting on the roadside for over an hour for the next bus.

Very dirty buses. The driver dropped in between for 1.5 h to fix something on the bus, which wasn’t urgent. For him doesn’t matter that all the guest had to wait for him. In the future I will use only the Van-Service

I told them I stop at Kampong chhnang, but he forgot and take ne to Pursat. If I dun ask maybe he bring me to Poipet already. I have to take another car to back to Kampong chhnang.
