Phnom Penh Sorya Bus didn't have my booking information, and the cashier couldn't speak English, so it took lots of time, and unless, I took the copy of my booking receipt, I might not take the bus. And no announcement of arrival to destination, I missed

No accomondation

Given that I had pre-booked and was ticketed for seat number six (6) it was unreasonable to be displaced from this seat so that another could sit there. Otherwise it was the standard slow six and a half hour trip from Phnom Penh to Kratie.

Bus was fine...stopped once for a break ...good AC. Ticket said trip would be 2:40 long...reality is more like +5 hours!

I booked my ticket in December 2017, and I booked a seat at the front. However, when I presented my ticket at the counter, the bus company had booked my ticket to someone else and said that "book me bus never called us to book your seat". So that was poor

Not bad. Little bit old bus, funky car horn and bustling Cambodia popular song. But I can sleep well. It is good enough.

Useless to book online as I was requested to get in line at ticket booth to get paper tickets. This took 15 minutes as the guy at the counter couldn't care less, also had to argue with him to get the water bottle ! Late departure, Airco & seats defective.

Sorya buses are awful. Broken seats, dirt everywhere, infrequent bathroom stops, being told to get off and pee along the road with men, no seat belts, rude driver constantly honking & driving dangerously,, no wifi. Never again. I dread the return trip.
