We were moved to the back of the bus even though we had previously reserved seats. It was so so hot at the back due to the heat of the engine and bad AC. Overcrowded with people sitting on floor!

Problems when boarding with e-ticket

Old bus...very very very old. NO WIFI

The bus was really slow and got us to our destination an hr late.

Book Me Bus was incredibly helpful with last minute ticket changes... super flexible!! Night bus was an hour later than expected but not a problem as it still worked out fine. Beds were much more comfortable than other night buses in Asia- bonus!!!
