Dispite the road is terrific, we've had only 30 minutes late, the bus had broker air nozzles, but all went better than I guessed

Staffs are friendly, and provided me with the best service since i have used many public transportations. He helped me to carry the heavy staff, gave a bottle of water before departure while other companies didn’t do it.

Yes, there were coackroaches in the bus. Does they never clean it? Not even the best driver, as he was, can make you feel comfortable.

I came back from Kampot to PP yesterday. The driver was f**king mad, very rude. He drove people very fast. I'd suggest this company to have another driver.

I have bought ticket from kampot to PP via bookmebus at 1:30PM on 15/12/19. However, i have an urgent task to do in PP so i request to change to 8:00AM on 15/12/19. Staff of ekareach told me that she cannot change the seat for me since i bought via ur app
