Should check the van before starting to go on trip because in my case, there was a little problem with the van ans we wait for about 20 mins or so. Anyway, overall the service is nice.

It was fine

Nice office in Kampot, nice staff, we departed in time but the travel took longer than expected

The ride was good. He took a different route that was more bumpy. Overall it was good!

The bus company over sold the bus , and clearly were saddened when we arrived as it meant all the paid customers arrived. After half hour of phone calls we were finally aloud on the bus and the driver made two other paying customers squeeze into seats

The overall trip experience with ekareach express as well as the booking service through bookmebus were very convenient. It will be my next trip first option of choice.
