The bus itself was ancient and not comfortable at all. The worse part was the staff member's unhelpful attitude throughout as she gave us no guidance about the Visa and insisted on us paying extra to both leave Vietnam (1 USD) and enter Cambodia (5 USD).
This trip was very good. However we had another trip booked with Mekong Express between Sihanoukville and Phnom Penh - we found out the SAME DAY that they cancelled this route!! No notification at all. It wil also take 3-4 WEEKS to get reimbursed.
A terrible trip;late pickup from hotel by Tuktuk; late departure by bus, not VIP van, from ME office; mechanical breakdown on Sisop bypass road; hours sitting on the ground waiting for another bus. It arrived with no water for the hot and thirsty guests
