Not as fast as advertised but not sure how it could be. Driver was nice. Bus was okay--mostly clean and aircon worked. Some roaches on the bus. Thx for the water and wipes.

Bus was reasonably comfortable not as good as other buses we caught in Vietnam. The air con didn’t seem to work very well, the bus smelt of moth balls and they played a movie very loudly of which I think no passengers were actually watching.

Perfect trip to Vietnam. Careful driver, professional and friendly attendant. Everything went smoothly reg. border control etc. Mekong Express recommended!

I was on the bus and felt like it's not going to work well. But I think the drivers didn't notice and identified problems before the bus was leaving from Siem Reap. If the problem is identified early, we might not have to take 10 hours to come to PP.

My seat was broken, I didn't have enough space but the guide was veery nice

The Steung Sen restaurant that they stop for lunch/dinner break, they were too rude, unhygienic, and bad service. Mekong Express should reconsider to stop at other restaurants.
