Bus broke down in the middle of the road and the inspector didn’t explain what have happened so all the passenger were force to disembark from the bus and collect luggage in the middle of the road which is very dangerous.

Mekong Express = Mosquito Express. Wear lots of repellant! But otherwise good service.

Bus broken down after like 40 minutes, we waited 1.5hours. My seat was not adjustable to get to a beter position, at the next bus it was, no wifi is on the bus. Busses were pretty like 20 years old, the second smelled.like a petrol station.

I suggest that instead of locking the bus door while passengers are inside during a stopover, Mekong Express should have left at least one staff to assist them.

Very good service. Pickup from town was excellent. Make your booking directly on their website for the lowest price.

Overall travel experience was good. However, the whole trip took 3.5 hours instead of 3 hours. My driver had to wait for half an hour to pick me up to the hotel.

Accommodation, Inspector ??

First of all, the company forgot to pick us up in our hotel and we had to call them ourselves. Afterwards it was smooth till the bus. Bus drive was good and we had a stop at a nice place. So overall we are happy.
