The trip was fine; one hour or so delayed, but no big probleme -
We weren’t picked up as agreed. When calling the company they said there we’re no such agreement. The bus was 30 minutes late. The trip took 5 hours as the bus had to had its tire replaced. The bus’ condition did not match the picture.
The trip was good. The bus speed was good enough that I felt very safe. My feedback would be for the toilet in the bus. There were no water to use. hopefully that gets addressed for a more convenient trip.
It is joy comfortable in the car since the customers who was picked up along the road open a video player with a heavy sound. It is not affordable environment compare to the price of what I have purchased the ticket. Please check it

Overall an awesome ride however the wifi was apparently not working (though I do believe the attendant simply did not know the password). They gave us water and an entire box of crackers! I would use this service again.
