Plugs had no electricity. My chair couldn't be adjusted

Driver was super nice but drove like a maniac. We had 3! almost crashes bc he has no patience and wants to overtake other cars... bus was also a little late and quite old dated.

It was a very safe drive. Had a little break during the trip for toilet and a quick meal. The minivan was in very good condition, we got a bottle of water and a snack and arrived in Siem Reap half an hour before the statet time. Highly recommended

There was no WiFi and the bus was not clean or comfortable. Bus was not as described. Would not recommend to friends. We are returning on Tuesday to Phnom Penh on this bus, and hope it is a better vehicle. Staff were nice and professional.

Bad Car, 2 drivers but shared the drive 10/90%, fast driver (killed a cat and! a dog), no WiFi, 9 hours instead of 5 hours

Long drive 8hrs, the stop for lunch in Bavet was quite late at 1pm, the Vietnamese owners are not friendly, food quality and teste are not good and a bit expensive compared to the price they charged. On top of that, the restaurant is on dusty road.
