The bus left an hour late. There were no bathroom stops and arrived two hours late. Aircon and water good

There was a delay of more than an hour.

The car has problem with the wheel that we need to wait for the service shortly after leaving. It also has the problem with doors too that during the rain, the rain water dropped inside the car.

I didn’t use the my ticket, I emailed the company 2 days before the departure date to rebook my ticket , they replied asking me if I would like to rebook I replied yes, but no response anymore!!,, what is the use of online service!!!!

Everything were OK except the bus isn’t quite what Ive expected as “VIP VAN” No WiFi provided, the blind inside the car a bit broken, and when through the bumpy road isn’t comfortable seems like theres something wrong with your car’s suspension.
