There was a cooler above the designated seat number 002 on the bus and it was noisy

The wagon platform in Ho Chi Minh was difficult to understand. Overall driving etc. was good

I suggest you make atleast 2 stops, to buy food because of long hours travel

The whole process was pretty easy and straight forward. The ride was safe and efficient. The minivan was old but running well. I would recommend.

We booked & expected to get on a bus, but a van came saying that the bus was broken. We expected to have a direct bus ride from HCM to Siem Reap but we stayed for more than 2 hours in Phnom Pen and that's when we were transferred to a very old & dirty bus

The driver was careless and not paying that much attention to the road, almost hit multiple people, as well as some cows. While he sat there chatting with his buddy, and had his buddy run out and get him drinks, and food.

Booked online night before 8:30am departure seats 6a 6b. Arrived 8am for checkin in. They issued tickets for 11a 11b. Back row and deleted the email from my phone. Then had the cheek to say I booked 11a 11b.

Everything is ok. They will help you with border crossing.
