- Driver could not speak English. - stopper on reclining seat 3C could not not work. - WIFI IS NOT AVAILABLE. in fact we pay more, but WIFI IS NOT AVAILABLE. This is bery basic requirement, so Management please pay attention on this. Thanks.

BAD! In the BookMeBus app, the place of departure for the Mekong Express bus from Siem Reap to PP said “Street 63” at 9:00 AM but they left already. All busses leave now from Borey Seang Nam(!!!) at the posted time. That was too far away and I lost my $$!
