Battambang-Siem Reap, Oct 20. Many roadworks on first half: bumpy, dusty, slow. Seating plan had no relation to that of the one I booked with (didn't matter). Half-hour repair stop as we had a panel smashed. Plenty of leg room, and we got there by 6pm.

Bad service ever. I will stop use it. I change plan because of this stupid company. I lose of time , hotel fee, and money to buy this stupid ticket. Company not care about the customer safety.

The trip was posted to be 3 hours. It took 2 to get out of Phnom Penh. The driver was the most dangerous driver I have ever encountered. Pouring rain, bad roads, he is racing to complete the drive.

Pickup from our hostel didn’t arrive so had to get a tuktuk to terminal. When arrived at Sihanoukville told they hadn’t booked our boat ticket. So missed the 2pm boat until it was sorted and got the 4pm one. Tried to make us pay extra for tuktuk to port.

VIP bus was old and noisy, the inside needed some cleaning, and the seats were worn out (my seat's recline button was broken but seatbelt was okay). AC was working well for the duration of the trip from Battambang to Siem Reap making the trip bearabable.

We took so much longer than expected —4 hours..
