Traveler reviews for Mekong Express

Bus was near enough on time, only a very short delay. The only criticism we had was that none of the three services we've been on with Mekong Express has the onboard WiFi worked. Seats are also not built for westerners. Very short, narrow, and cramped.

Good trip Arrived on time .

1st driver took more then other service provider. 2nd drop location was near Pub street but dropped at bus stand 5.5km from the actual drop location. No transfer service.

aircon of bus didn't work after 1hr into the bus ride. driver did not help by winding down the windows. mini bus was also not according to what was shown online during booking. very disappointing journey!
