The bus left Phnom Penh 35 minutes late. And arrived more than 1,5 hour late to Battambang.

Everything on time, driver drove a little crazy but this way he kept the timing. Can recommend.

Everything is good, I feel safe during the trip

I ask for a pick up by mail but no answer, then, my hotel reception ask for me but you said you no longer pick up from Otres beach. In the end, you pick up a group which stay in SAME hotel with us and departure time was delayed for 1 hour due to pick up.

Very unhappy. Bus station asked for my visa before hand and said it was fine and let us in the bus. right outside the Vietnam border they told us our visas wouldn’t work and that we would have to pay $400. Then the bus driver made us pay him to go back.
