I Think that I book for 9 pm so I didn't get the bus. Instead I had to bye a plane ticket to 125 Euro. So you can maybe understandthat I am not happy about your bookong page. Carsten

We printed out our e(?)ticket after the booking which I thought will be eligible for boarding. At the bus terminal it turned out you have to exchange your "voucher" to a valid ticket. The bus was comfortable and clean, we had 2 meals durring the journey.

Nice bus ride to Bangkok, the only issue was that the complimentary pickup couldn't be done. Apparantly we were not in the coverage zone (we stayed 2 km from the bus terminal). Otherwise good journey. /Karl

Only problem was we were told we would get a free ride to our hotel from the bus terminal in Siem Reap and the tuk tuk driver drove us only half way there then said he wouldn't take us any further until we paid him or booked a tour. Very bad impression.

The coach service is good. The trip is ok - we were much quicker than the schedule said (8h instead of 12). The vehicle is well air-conned. There was a nice small hot meal provided. A few pauses were more than enough. I recommend this coach service :)

Overall, this bus ride was a fantastic experience. The bus was comfortable, the driver was great, and the border crossing process was smooth and easy.

Overall it was a comfortable and cost effective e way to travel to Cambodia from Bangkok, the bus attendant took care of the visa into Cambodia so we could sail through border crossing,I would recommend this way of travel if flying is too expensive

your on line service is a joke : I was put on the 8 am bus when I wanted the 9 am. At the station I had to stand in the queue to get a ticket at the counter and was put on a different bus on a different seat
