Nice experience! we left on time, enough space in the bus, driver was sensible on the road, the staff took care of us by giving badges to not get lost during the customs and they served little meals on the bus.

Everything perfect. Co-driver made sure everyone got through immigration fast and easy!

Excellent driving skill. Sometimes his language while driving does get the ears soar, but that does not take away the quality of his skills. Was helpful in suggesting different options. Overall a good experience.

Good travel But the place we were dropped off in Bangkok was not good. No sky train system in the near.Too fare in the North! !!!

The inspector did not give any information for the boarder, did not come with us thru. We had to find our way. Other groups were accompanied. Service is everything and there was no service. Never again for us.

I booked Nattakan as ive read we need not to bring our luggage once we cross the border. We were disappointed when we have to take our luggages out within 1 minute for all passengers as bus are allowed to park for 1 minute only. no wifi. book giant ibis!
