There was a bit of a consfusion with the pick-up service but aside from that, everything was smooth as it can be.

Good, fast and reliable service. 6% transaction fee on creditcard payments is a bit of a scam. Would be better if pickup point in Bangkok would be closer to town, it's 30 mins taxi ride out.

Food served was very good. Departure was delayed by almost 30mins.

Bus broke and new one came to pick up all of us and take so long time to bus station I reach there 21.30 hrs. Disappointed for this trip

Border crossing area between Cambodia and Thailand was somewhat confusing. Bathroom on bus could have been cleaner.

Enjoyed the journey. Our friends took this bus a month ago, a few people on that bus were scammed. They said it was because the bus workers and the scammers have a friendship. but our inspector showed us where to go and helped us. NO MEAL FOR VEGETARIANS

Not the most comfortable bus but AC worked OK. A nice number of snacks and drinks included and wifi worked in Thailand (not Cambodia). TAKE A PHOTO OF INFO CARD for reference. At border we were dropped at agency (don't pay!) - ignore and go to departures.

Do not booked your ticket on line they will charge you more than 1USD per ticket. I booked 9 tickets on the e-ticket it says 252 USD for 9 but in my credit card bill they charge me around 267.12USD for 9. They should do something with their IT system..
