Bus condition is good. Bus attendant supports in English and helpful. It is punctual. The driver speaks loudly and it annoys us. After two-third of the trip, he stops speaking and we feel much better.

Bus condition is good. Staff helpful. We do not need to worry for breakfast and lunch onboard.

We left about 25 minutes later than scheduled from Bangkok and I was given very little instruction on how to do everything at the border and got scammed out of an extra $20 when getting my Cambodian visa, you need to warn people about what the scams are.

This's a great transport, next time I'll take this.

Got to siem reap nearly two hours earlier than expected. Driver was lovely despite having to beep when passing other vehicles every few minutes. Bus slightly dated but fine nonetheless. Organised free shuttle from station to hotels too.

The bus left almost on time and arrived earlier than expected. Driver and inspector were friendly. We'd appreciate if in the future the driver and inspector could at least give us instruction or to-do's upon reaching the border. Will ride your bus again.

I paid for an express VIP van but was put on a local bus that took 5 hours longer as it stopped all the time. Uncomfortable and disappointing

Our experience was great, we arrived in the terminal a bit early, the bus left exactly at 8:00 am. The whole trip is excellent, they gave us breakfast and lunch (small amount) but still okay. Id use Nattakan bus again on my next trip. Thank you

If booking online make sure you go to ticket desk first to get real ticket, email says present email but this not case.. Good service. Snack, lunch and water, ice coffee provided. Left BKK 8.30am arrive Siem reap before 6.00. Border was very easy. Cheers
