Boat ride was great. Right on time. The only thing that could improve was the communication regarding which boat was going where. It was a bit chaotic and there were no signs indicating which boat was going to what island. Otherwise, great.

In the Port in sihanokville were no Numbers of the Gates written, this confused us a Little bit Sincerely

The boat left late and then they didn’t drop us off at the main pier as we expected. Some people had to then pay for a water taxi or walk on the beach for 20 minutes with their luggage

Takes slightly longer than advertised but was comfy, safe and quick :)

Prompt departure. In respect of safety, life belts available for all. Make sure you check when you get to Sihanoukville, you can’t miss the office. The journey was great fun, awesome speed but you felt very safe. Plenty of crew on board. Recommended.

They scanned my QR code 3 times! I asked when I got on&off the boat if it is was correct boat & destination. Left me stranded on the wrong island. It ruined entire vacation I had to pay another boat to take me. got back, went to the office they ignored me
