Different bus than advertised. Older and less comfortable. Rest ok and on time!
The bus plying at noontime has weak airconditioning unit. Cannot sleep in the long trip because of heat.
It's a comfortable journey. Bus condition was excellent - spacious seats & good aircon.Services from the company's staff are commendable. Stated time taken to reach SR was not unduly delayed. I'll book Mekong Express again.
Which special day in Vietnam is 2nd May to require 3 dolars fee to pass customs? At least is the money the assistant asked for...
picked up too early,12.10pm,for a 2pm departure. The driver apologised. I should have made my own way as my hotel was two minutes away. Sat in office for 1hour. Bus air cond not very effective. I was worried about luggage, it was all piled on top.
Terrible. I expected better from Mekong. No AC, no space and took longer than cheaper companies to arrive. Paid premium rates for poor quality.
