driver and assistant were able to repair a belt on the engine 2 hours from Phnom Penh. The delay was no problem for me... I will continue to use Mekong Express in the future.

Front office staff helpful. Bus left on time. Wish the driver's wouldn't overtake when oncoming traffic but it seems to be the way Cambodian bus drivers drive!

The lady that acts as a conductor and host doesn't know how to handle complains of the passenger. Gave me attitude, did not lend me her pen for me to fill up the immigration paper even I saw her she have. I find her rude

Late departure due to other passengers taking too many bags. Not the companies fault.

The bus was on time and the lady who handed out the snacks was nice. The driver wasn’t a very good driver and honked all the way to Phnom Penh. There were 2 or 3 men without tickets that paid them for empty seats and rode part of the way. AC doesn’t work.

Mekong express was great. On time and only 1 stop of about 40 minutes. Driving a bit scary but the roads are chaotic. I would recommend this service!

There is a collection of 2 USD for passport stamp processing! Other than that no problem.
