Superb service. Very comfy and prompt on departure and arrival. 👌🏻

We were not picked up even after requesting pickup in enough time. This meant we had to spend another $4 on a taxi there. The staff were apologetic but no refund for the $4. Disappointed.

We booked initially the bus for departing at 12:30 but we were indicated a wrong pick-up point. Luckily we came across a different Mekong Express driver who helped us to get another bus at 13:30 and drove us to the station, for free. The trip was OK
