Driver and crew were helpful. The system of handing out IDs until crossing the border works. The bus 12-02 was old though

We booked the 8am bus and were told upon arrival that there was no 8am bus and to get the 9am bus. We initially thought we were put on a bus from a different company. This confusion was frustrating. Once the bus finally departed we had a lovely trip

It was a long trip. Refreshments servedwere good!

The bus left in a timely manner. The crew seemed friendly. The border was a nightmare. The bus broke down. The air conditioner quit working. We stopped somewhere to fix it but it wasn't fixed. We got into Phnom Penh 4 hours late. The driving was insane.

Really good bus ride from bangkok to siem reap. We also got food and drinks. Well organized trip. They also tried to help us to get visa at the cambodian border which can be overwhelming at first.

Terrible drivers. The bus drivers did not properly explain the visa process and I was scammed at the border for a lot of money. I asked multiple times if the visa was free and they said " you must pay" I will let everyone know on my social media accounts.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Im Preis war ein kleines Frühstück, Kaffee und ein Lunch invegriffen. Siem Reap wurde 2 Stunden früher erreicht.

Needs improvement on the immigration process. No staff is guiding the passengers.
