Terrible driver, terrible van (air con was broken), they don’t have seat numbers and we had to sit separated because we had a connection bus (also with them) and were the last to arrive. Arrived late. Avoid if you can

It was terribly! Us just threw on the border and we 5 international customers by taxi've got to ha Tien !!! Very bad that all organized at this level. I will write about this fact in all reviews for tourists! Back my money!!!

We reserved 4 seats in the front. When we arrived at the Bus, it was almost full. Two of us had to sit in the back and two got one seat in 2nd row but one was not really a seat. It was a totally different bus.

We had an horrible time crossing the border. The guy you hire at the border to collect our passports is corrupted. Even if I live in Vietnam and have a diplomatic passport for 3 years, he made us pay for every step. We missed our ferry. It's a shame!

Our bus at 1.30 was cancelled and we were not emailed to be informed of this, we wasted time and money having to come back at 3.30 and almost missed the bus we had booked separately from Ha Tien to hcm. We would like s refund for our inconvenience.

Driver picked me up at Kep on time but stopped over for 45 minutes at Kampot to pickup other customers. Plus traffic, bumpy road and 20 minutes break, so it took me 5hrs to get back to Phnom Penh.

If you want to go directly to Phu Quoc, I advise you to contact directly Champa Mekong to book tickets. You don't have to go to Kampot, they will bring you directly to the border with Vietnam. In the ticket is included van + boat = 28$ Very good service

Worst service, very lousy transport , pls avoid , if you can

The driver from Kamput was very disrespectful. The bus was not on time. We got to PhnomPenh 2 hours delay. The worst company.
