The trip was ok with a good driver. However, at the departure in Kep, it was really messy. We left Kep an hour late, because of some booking problems. There was more people than seats in the bus, even if we mostly booked online few days before.

Every time I use this bus there is a drama before we get on! Too many passengers booked and unhelpful office staff. Once we got going the driver was good and journey was ok.

This van did not leave on time and did not pay attention to assigned seats. I get sick on long rides, so this wasn't ideal. Also, there was a transfer in Kampot (had to switch vans). Kampot was mass chaos and it was difficult to find the right van to Kep.

Bookmebus are fantastic but Champa Mekong not really. Bus was an hour late, we were seated for 15-20min while they washed the bus & we stopped shortly after leaving to pick up more people & get petrol. Bus so full luggage was stored under passengers feet!

Booked seats way ahead but got pushed on terrible spare seats by a guy who worked there. Bus overbooked, some people who had already paid couldn’t board. Avoid

It was a bad trip. We must changed the car four times. Nobody told us that before. We should reach the final destination at 1pm. We arrived it at 4pm. Never will take champa mekong again. The whole staff was unfriendly.

Paid for what was told a VIP van to kampot, ended up being told they don't run VIP vans there on the day I booked and was crammed into a bus. Not at all the experience that was advertised and took an hour just to leave sihnoukville.

Driver made and took calls on his mobile phone whilst driving. This was very irresponsible when in charge of peoples lives.

Avoid using this company!!!! We had a really bad experience with them 2 days ago so we rather decided not to go with them on the next trip but get a private car, while we already had ticket! Bookmebus, why are you promoting this good for goodness company?
